Here is how to make quicktime work the best for Windows or Macintosh:

1. If you don't have QuickTime, you will need to download it.

2. Double-click the QuickTime Installer icon and follow the onscreen instructions. When the Choose Installation Type window appears, select Custom. In the next window, click Select All, then click Continue.

This replaces any previous version of QuickTime and ensures a complete installation of all components.

3. When a message appears saying installation was successful, click Restart.

4. After Restarting, go to the Control Panels and select QUickTime (Windows or Mac OS 9), or go System Preferences:QuickTime ( Mac OS X).Select the "Connection Speed" tab. Set this to the type of connection you have to the internet. If you are on Cable or DSL but don't know how fast it is, choose 512k DSL/Cable. The Panel titled "Update" will connect to Apple and download and install new components. This can be set to check automatically; it is a good idea to update QuickTime periodically as Apple improves it often.

5. This site is best viewed with a 256k cable modem or faster on a computer with at least a Pentuim 4 running at 500 MHz. and 15 MB of free hard disk space. If you don't know what kind of computer you are on, just try viewing some of the video clips; you cannot hurt your computer by trying to view the video.
